Yes ["CT/ST 0690 TeresaMay" has been reported for minging and RDM, what would you do to find out he is doing so?] I would check the logs and check the damage report, I would then teleport to the person in question using "!bring ...", I would quiz him on what happened, if his reason isn't flawless I would issue a RDM punishment to the culprit and act accordingly, for instance telling the victim it has been sorted and act accordingly. [You catch a user RDM someone what punishment would you give to that person?]  I would talk to them thoroughly and guide them through our rules and regulations about impeaching others entertainment with stupid acts. I would then conclude by telling them what I am going to do, i.e telling them the duration of the ban they are about to recieve and where to argue there case if they see fit, then I would give them a heavy punishment, probably a ban of 1 week, also depending on the amount of disruption cause this could be lower or higher, using "!ban" Command or through !menu. I can be active in giving in ideas on how to help create a productive and constructive base to build on suggestions with other server staff and members. This coupled with giving planned out ideas for new events, keeping within the boundaries of the serious role play of the players, and I am quite the motivator as I have been told by many server staffs on many servers...
